The hotel offers spacious rooms with modern facilities and free internet setup, though lacking blackout curtains which affected my rating. The bathroom was excellent. The service was mostly friendly and courteous, with a hiccup during noisy breakfast rearrangements. The location is ideal for exploring Caserta and its attractions. On the downside, the dining options were below average. Overall, it's a comfortable stay with a great location but with some service and dining room for improvement.
The hotel is a standard 3-star establishment with rooms that need refurbishment but offer modern bathrooms despite some maintenance issues. The staff is helpful, although the free parking is discouraged. The location is excellent, near the Royal Palace, but the dining experience lacks variety.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was fantastic, with a unique setup and a luxurious shower setting, almost like having a private spa. However, the dining options were somewhat limited. The service was exceptional, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, who even helped with our luggage. Overall, a great value for the experience.
